O suporte é rápido e eficiente. Estava com um problema de não aparecer as avaliações no site. E num passe de mágica, o atendente no suporte resolveu.

Support is fast and efficient. I had a problem with the reviews not showing up on the website. And in a magic pass, the attendant at support solved it.
O plano básico disponibiliza a edição de comentários para o produto? Estava usando o plano gratuito e essa opção parou de funcionar :(

All that a need.Excellente Application pour les commentaires Clients, un très beau Design et un Staff vraiment réactif merci.
Application is Excellent, they just need to work on the settings they are lot of options that are not clear to enable and disable them, especially widgets

Thank you for your review. Our app will install snippet codes in the current theme which is activated when you have installed it only, so if you have changed your theme then you will need to add snippet codes again for it refer to this instruction: https://docs.ryviu.com/en/articles/1398594-how-to-show-reviews-after-changing-or-updating-the-theme-on-your-shopify-store
It will need a little technical experience to install, so if you don't know how then please feel free to contact us, then we will fix it for you.

I love it! Hit a snag trying to insert the code into the product description, but, the customer support helped me out. Now my products have started receiving reviews. Thanks Dan!
I really liked the support, they gave me assistance, and helped me in whatever way possible, only their new update wasn't so good, the free plan only allows up to 20 reviews to be shown, no matter how many you have, but the plan basic works that is not that expensive as well, in the end you can copemsar really pay, in addition it has other functionalities, thank you for all the support
Good support that stays with you until the issue is resolved. Would recommend to any new person looking for a review app!
Super easy to use, plus it's cheaper than other options, and it works much faster. The customer support is amazing—always helpful instantly!
