Ryviu: Product Reviews & QA

This app is great, easy to use and the customer support team is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

I encountered two problems in the use of the software. Ryviu staff provided support and quickly solved the problem. I recommend this software!

I installed this app since it had a full integration with my store's template (which is not an official Shopify one, but a Theme Forest one). And I'm very happy with it so far - It works well and is very easy to setup & use. It integrated perfectly with my theme with some very basic CSS code. Needed some basic support and Dan from the team was incredibly quick to response. Very happy in general so far with only one improvement area for me: I'd like to have a form in the reminder e-mail so that my customers could just fill in the form to submit their reviews (without the need to visit my site again to submit reviews).

They are really professional and a company with great service, I think I will always use their products.

I really appreciate the help of the customer service to solve my problem, it's a great application and it's free.

The app is really awesome clear, the support is amazing reactive, i recommand Ryviu if you want i real perfect app for your store.

I'm having a good experience so far. I had some doubts and tasks I was not able to solve by myself so I contacted support and Selina answer imediatly. She was very fast to solve my questions and gave me the explanations I asked to understand better all the points :)
