Dommage que on ne peut pas modifier les commentaires importer

Modifier l'avis n'est plus disponible dans le tableau de bord Ryviu en raison de la politique de Shopify, mais vous pouvez télécharger les avis dans un fichier CSV, modifier les avis et les réimporter dans Ryviu.

It works. As a online seller, the review means a lot. If you have any question, you could ask the help team, they helped me a lot, very quick reply.
I like this product very much. And, every time there is any need, their technicians can quickly solve it. recommend!
At first sight it looks good. If you take a closer look, a lot of points come together. 1) Wrong products are imported, that can break your shop's neck. As an example for glasses the pictures of caps are imported. 2) Email function is not clear if it really works. Logo of the app is visible, but not the logo of my site 3) On the mobile phone you can see the stars, but the text is not customizable and not responsive 4) The support tried to help, but 90% of my questions were not answered
Therefore only one star

Exactly what I need. The support team was also very helpful. They were able to help me upon request.
We added this app for having a clean and simple product review widget, and this is exactly what Ryviu provided. The functions are easy to use, but powerful. Support team is super nice and responsive. Can't recommend it enough.
Really great customer service. Highly recommended to everyone. I was having a problem with importing my reviews. But the support team resolved it immediately.
