This app has significantly helped us provide customer retention and increase repeat purchases. Easy to install and setup! This app is a no-brainer for any retail company on the Shopify platform.

Great app and super easy to setup. It really allows us to connect to our customers and give them a reason to come back and become true brand advocates. Repeat purchases are our largest revenue base and giving us the opportunity to continue to make customers happy is priceless.

For someone who is basically IT illiterate, this app is awesome. I didn't have to do anything for it to integrate fully with my Shopify site. I love watching my customers sign up and share my website to earn points. It's like hiring my customers to work for me, but the beauty is, I don't have to do anything!!! Love it.

Honestly this app has been a huge addition to our online store. It has allowed our customers to become MUCH more loyal and repeat buyers. Great marketing and so easy. From the moment I signed up for a trial I started to get new subscribers to my shop newsletter plus people sharing my site on FB etc. Customers are also signing up for the loyalty rewards which is great. My sales have increased dramatically since offering a small discount for those who sign up to the newsletter and they're referring their friends too. Easy to use, definitely worth the money!

The Loyalty Suite app is definitely a welcome edition to my store and provides much more value than when the combined apps are purchased separately!

The Loyalty Program feature brings my store inline with customer expectations that a store should offer a Rewards Program and also sets it apart from stores in my niche that don't have one, sparking much welcomed repeat business in the process.

The Refer-a-Friend feature of the suite is also very user-friendly both on the admin side of the store as well as with what is presented to the customer. I actually even had a minor customer support inquiry that I was happy to have had resolved promptly and effectively (over the holiday at that), which speaks to their great support team.

The Fan Builder feature is just as powerful as the Loyalty Program, almost more, and has successfully allowed my brand to see growth in the social media space while at the same time offer my visitors some added incentive (on top of earning rewards points with a purchase) to become customers.

All in all, I'm pretty impressed thus far and as I see more sales increase, I'm sure I'd be happy to upgrade from the base $19.99 plan.
