Great app. We've happily used Sloyalty for 3 years and it's become essential to our business. Rewards programs are so important these days and Sloyalty has been an amazing, easy-to-use option.

Love the simplicity and easy of usage! Already got over 20 people to sign up for it in just a few days. And, this is based on just about 1000 visitors during that period. Much higher than our purchase conversion rate in general. The best feature though is the refer-a-friend email, twitter or facebook function! It's the Invisible Hand that motivates people to talk up and introduce your business/brand to their social circles! What's not to love!

Excellent app! Just what I needed to build the customer loyalty for a new site. And, be able to offer discounts to my existing and new customers. Easy to install and the dashboard is super simple.

Great app! Customer service is great as well. They will email us when they come out with new features and go above and beyond to implement them on the site for us!

Our customers love earning points with the S Loyalty system! Customer service is great, very timely and helpful! They are able to mark codes as used if a customer wants to add a discount code after completing a purchase so this is very helpful! The quick chat feature in the app is very useful and lets you easily and quickly contact support for assistance or help updating a customers points or marking codes as used after a customer calls in asking to manually apply points. Thank you Anthony for all of your help!

This has been very helpful tool to create loyalty. Our customers really liked the loyalty program. They were so happy to gain some "Monkey Points" for their past orders too!

Also, fan builder is working very well. Our newsletter subscriptions increased rapidly after starting to use this app.

We've been looking at other apps like this but this is clearly the most intelligently built app and the programs other than the "refer a friend" tool ended up being the most effective ones.

They are also helpful and responsive when I seek for help.

Very easy to set up, and our customers love it. We're a small, niche store so it's extremely important for us to be able to rely on repeat business, and our most loyal customers have been asking for some kind of points program literally for years. Now they're happy, and that makes us happy because they're buying more stuff. My only wish is that there were more customization options for the look of the widget in the professional plan - for $50 a month, we really should be able to use our store colors and customize the text.
