S Loyalty: Rewards & Referrals

After a lot of reserach and I can be completely over the top with research I chose S Loyalty. Integration was a breeze and it was up and running within an hour. Full integration wasa a ittle tricky until i asked the support to do it for me which they did. It looks very professional. Put some thought into your coupons befoer you make them as its quite time consuming at first.
Overall very impressed with this app and well worth giving it a go.

This app is potentially great but unfortunately it doesn't work on mobile devices which is a significant problem in today's ecommerce market.

For example, on a screen under 768px wide, the loyalty widget will not be shown. This is because the Loyalty Overlay is 768px wide. Therefore, people using mobile devices will not be able to use the S Loyalty app at all. This issue is very problematic when you consider that many people will click through using referral links expecting to be given a discount coupon. This does not work.

Support mentioned they are working on this but sadly for now we find the app unusable.

We love S Loyalty! I know that I personally purchase from several sites that you earn points with, and it is a factor in my returning there to shop.

For our business it is very costly to run coupons- Frequently it results in a loss when we do. This app lets us reward the customers that return on a regular basis. Not just people looking for a "steal" lol- No loss!

We are just at the end of our trial period and have no hesitation to join. Sara and her team personalized the tab so that it would match our logo- Without us asking. Great customer service :)

Love how easy this app is to navigate and get set up. Can't wait to get feedback from my customers on the new rewards program.

Ive tried multiple loyalty programs, this one offers the greatest flexibility and the new theming options make this perfect for me! good job

It's fairly easy to use and had great feedback from customers on having the loyalty program on the website.

The support is absolutely wonderful. Very friendly and helpful.

I am super picky about the APPS I install and use for Orglamix. I find that most aren't their weight as they preform mediocre at best and slow down load times to a crawl. SLoyalty is different. It's quickly becoming one of my most valuable APPS.

I've been using SLoyalty for just under a month. Today when I logged in I was more than impressed. I've generated over a hundred new fans and opt-ins to my newsletter. More importantly I'm seeing an ASTOUNDING 20% on order conversions. One word = amazing.

Future implementations I'd like to see:
1. Integration with MailChimp.
Currently you have to add all opt-ins manually, making it both time consuming and tedious.
2. An expiration date for discount coupons.
Ideally, I'd like to auto set them with a 3-10 day time frame (love to experiment), but seeing as they are not generated on the fly, I'd be happy with a date I could program by batch.

3. Cast Studies
I know you guys are busy, but I'd love to read a blog that would feature case studies and best practices. I find I learn best from other successful website owners.

All in all a fabulous APP and highly recommended for EVERY Shopify store.Try it' and you'll see for yourself why I find SLoyalty so invaluable!
