Really love their quick and supportive customer support team!

They have been helping me along the way from setup to customizations to troubleshooting!

Big shout out to Crystal, extremely attentive and quick problem solver!

The functions are well designed and with new features coming out from time to time, I believe this app will grow alongside with many small businesses whose looking to start a loyalty program!

My customers are enjoying earn points feature with every purchase. A great way to lure customers back with coupons earned from points.

Pros
1) Good app in terms of basic operations. 2) Good support CONS
1)You cannot remove any points for tagged orders ; you have to go to the app and manually remove them. Meaning if I want to make an order ineligible for points then the above needs to be done rather than a quick process.
2)They count all orders in their pricing calculation. So all our test orders, Cancelled orders, orders created but deleted everything is counted so its unfair All in all I would say you can choose alternates if possible. If you don;t find anything this is fine too; but nothing great as such to be wowed about. Remember apps like these want you to begin with them so that you stick with them later as you have data. So for long term the above CONS are bigger than the PROS of the app. Please BE AWARE!

A very kind team and a very easy to use the APP.
I use my store in Japan.
Initially, there was a problem with the registered Japanese translation.
After consulting the support team, they customized it for free.
The satisfaction from the customers has also risen and I think it was effective.
You can easily get started with simple settings.
I tried various member applications, but this application is the only application that supports Japanese, and also supports Japanese point system such as 1 point for 100 JPY.
Especially recommended for Japanese people and store.

Great app. Does everything it says it will do. Shows that you're legit and professional, which goes a long way for your business. Sara is great, and very responsive.

Great App. Definitely the best rewards program I've used and VERY easy to set up. No fuss. A little on the expensive side but worth it.

Good system for simple points based loyalty - would love if integrated more with shopify POS. It's also a bit pricey.

I still under the free trial and so far The Shoe Haven had more then 45 customers sign up and about 15 of them placed an order. This is a great app for companies looking to expand their customer base while offering rewards for their loyalty.
