Loving that this app retains new and interested prospective customers through it's fan loyalty program. Just started using through free trial but so far liking the results. The only negative so far is that it's not mobile capable for all mobile phones, showing the pop up screen so large that customers can't opt out and shop if they choose to however they said they are working on it.

I use this application because it helps to build customer loyalty. It is super well thought out and is a great application if you want to increase your sales.

It's worked great thus far and my customers love it - however, it's very expensive for a monthly app for a small business like mine. I don't like that it's based on your monthly order average rather than a set amount of users.

Having a rewards program is very important for online stores, this app is super easy to install, visually beautiful and will make us win the loyalty of our customers.

We've been using S-Loyalty for about a year and have always found it easy to use - from installation to ease of use for customers. Fantastic customer service from the app team, and the improvements lately on the customization are the icing on the cake!

My biggest request would be the option to offer shoppers cash back for shares that convert, which is definitely a better incentive than points. That being said, S-Loyalty does what it advertises and then some, thanks to their proactive support team. Nice!

The app is very useful and easy to use. It is misleading when it comes to the plans. In the description, is says the basic plan serves for stores with monthly orders between 50 and 1000. While and after starting to work on the app and using it, the basic plan stops when you cross 50 orders, and for my case, with orders between 350 and 600 per month, i was moved to a much more expensive plan costing 120$ a month.
Moreover, the referral program is only possible through an integration with Referral candy, that charges more, and possibly, a % of sales that can go close to 10%
