It was working fine but then all of a sudden stopped. When I click on the app in my Apps section on Shopify i get a 404 Error code.
The 'support' has been non-existent. You just talk to Bots... So frustrating...
Abysmal. The integration does not work - our Shopify payouts have not pulled into Sage
- new invoices have not pulled through into Sage
- Void orders still show as payment outstanding in Sage I f only I'd read all the reviews, here on Shopify and via Google, as to how terrible people's experience has been, I would not have bothered with the trial. I think a previous comment seems quite accurate - probably a data harvest and not a real app company at all. I expect both Sage and Shopify to pay better attention to who they are allowing API access and more careful monitoring of the outcomes. This has been a huge waste of time and quite concerning now our finances need resorting.
Really struggling with the app and my Shopify account. Have reached out to their help desk with no luck (zero reply). Does not integrate POS at all. Does not transfer over 100% of sales - the odd one or 2 a day seems to go missing. Does not process refunds (credit notes) properly; bases the credit amount on the value of removed line items instead of actual refund amount. No alternative at present so trying to keep at it. Nightmare.
Very disappointed that this isn't compatible with Sage South Africa. Urgently looking for a solution.
Unfortunately, it takes an average of three days to get a reply to a question, and usually, they will send you to a FAQ, which I had already read. Really it is the worst customer support. That is why I am removing the app. Not helpful at all. I cannot recommend this app.
