Heartcoding Sales & Discounts

They are very responsive and helped with a custom coding requirement for my store. I highly recommend them and this app. It has been a great tool that allows me to easily create and schedule sales.

I've tried several different apps for the same functionality, but I always find myself coming back to this one. The interface is super intuitive and easy to navigate, even for someone who's just getting started. It's straight to the point and covers the bases for all things related to running sales, discounts or promotions. I personally manage a Shopify store that's not promo heavy so for someone who isn't looking for complex set ups and features, this is the most effective and efficient app to go with.

What I also love about this app is the reliability of the support team. Whenever I've had questions, or needed custom changes to be made, their support team has responded quickly with thoughtful and detailed answers that actually solve the issue instead of sending generic responses. It's clear they genuinely care about their users' experience.

Overall, this has been one of the most dependable Shopify apps that I've stuck with since the beginning. They're also always innovating and adding new features, which is a big plus. Highly recommend!

Top Service, whenever I have a problem, they solve it right away, I'm very happy with this app.

Great app and great customer service.
After I updated my theme, something did not work and they very quickly and smoothly fixed it.
Also, any additional questions about what the cause was, and how to (possibly) avoid the same situation was kindly answered.
Also rare, for app developers, they actually answered my questions, as opposed to what I unfortunately encounter too many times, some apps answer to a question I did not ask, and irrelevant to the issue.
These guys, answer focused, relevant and as extensive as requested!
Which means I can trust the app and organization behind it with the growth of my business without fear or anxiety.
That is important to me!

The app does what I need it to do, which is set a sale for all items on my shop. Customer service is great as well. Very speedy and professional.
