Norbert was amazing! just before black friday he installed the code and got the sale tags working for me. the best service I have had on shopify. the app is amazing and does exactly what I have been trying to find for some time without any luck. i don't usually write reviews but these guys deserve it. We used the app to launch a sitewide Mother's Day sale and everything went so smooth! The app is super reliable and their customer service is very good! They responded in less than 24hrs and were very helpful. One specific feature that was powerful for us was being able to restrict certain products from being able to further discounted at the checkout with discount codes since we did not want customers to use discount codes on marked down prices. Will only use this app to launch sales.

Very good app. Very easy to use and updates the prices of the store very quickly. It's easier of you have lots of products in your store and you quickly want to run an offer on them.
The App works exactly as advertised and Support is very FAST. I needed a little customization and they made it SAME day without charging me. I think they are from Germany and and these great people must have worked to solve my issue very late at night. Its impressive. Congrats for the dedication and for the App.

EXTREMELY CONFUSING APP! How do all these app developers expect for store owners to guess what each function is for? The functions messed up every campaign with something different. You guys have to make videos to explain what each thing is for! And they're not on USA time so they respond to each email every 24 hours, HOW FRUSTRATING!

We are very sad you have had trouble with understanding the functions of our app in the beginning and additionally that our response time was not within your preferred timeline (in the support section we state that a response could take up to 24 hours). To avoid those problems we always suggest to run a test campaign to get to know all the functions before starting your „live“ promotion. Nevertheless we are glad we could clarify all the open topics in our detailed dialog. Quite a basic app but meets our needs for our discounted products. Really helpful customer service! They were very reactive and helpful!
