The app itself is easy to use and apply. It would be good to be able to see the changes in preview mode though. Although easy to use, there were some things we needed help with and the team at Heartcoding were very prompt and efficient in assisting. They were awesome actually. Would recommend this app.

Good app, saves so much time! And the for the right price, other apps were more expensive or had a limitation on how much products you can select. When I installed the app it worked not good with my shopify template, so I send an e-mail to the customerservice and they fixed it real quick.

Awesome app that runs smoothly and makes selecting products very easy. Lots of filters and ways to bulk select multiple products from different collections, vendors, sizes, etc. and offers inverse selecting (reduce items out). There are very few apps that have worked this well for us with no custom work, amazing app!

All in all, it does the job very well, The only that made me uninstalled it it that everything regarding excluding products/or collections has the worst UI.

As other reviews mentioned, do not rely on this app for sales. Especially big ones such as Black Friday. It is not stable or prepared to serve merchants. During our big Black Friday, the app got stuck mid-sale, leaving the store partially discounted to go with a 500 error after, leaving the app inaccessible. We had already sent a large email campaign, so customers landed on a website with only a few prices slashed. This impacted our conversions by thousands of $. The devs apologized, offered a refund for all our charges, and explained that the tech could not avoid all issues nowadays. However, I disagree. This app shows 500 errors too often. It is almost the app's default to break when you try to run a sale. As I said, this app is not prepared. We had the same issues in 2021, and in 2022 they did not care to fix them. Furthermore, today (end of the cyber Monday), our prices should have been discounted back about six hours ago, To our surprise, not only did this not happen, but we cannot access the app due to another 502 bad gateway error (yes, on a separate store). And once we can access it, everything is queued and stuck mid-process to get the original prices back. All in all, look for something else. This will only cause stress and potential monetary loss.

Messed up my mobile sites view, had to contact support and they have also seen that something within the apps code, forced it to show desktop view when on mobile.

Very easy to use, within a few minutes you can create and manage sales for all your products. Also very customizable, you can set timers, change the look-and-feel of the sales tags, etc. Highly recommended!

Not only is this app easy to use and customize, the customer support is super fast. I had an issue with the custom sale badges being overridden by my theme, and in less than 24 hours they were able to get back to me and update the code for me.

I am having terrible trouble with this app and messaged the contact and no one got back to me. This glitch is affecting my sales dramatically so I am for sure not pleased with this company

Super handige app voor kortingen, en het plannen van kortingen.
Makkelijk instellen hoeveel korting en welke tag je wilt hebben, en daarnaast kun je het product inplannen wanneer de korting in gaat en weer moet stoppen.

I have to say they're really amazing, actually there have some work is really hard but when I send the E-mail to them ask help, they really reply and help me solve my question very fast, I really love them work.

The app works perfectly in creating sales. Used it for the BFCM sale and got no problems with it. Furthermore, the app allows you to install sale tags on the products with their own code or the help from the team. Norbert from the team helped me install mine and I'm loving it.
