The free gift app works perfectly. Took me 10 minutes to set up my first Buy X get Y free promotion, including all the editing text to the way I want it.
Had one little problem when setting it up, but Tuan soon helped me sort it out.
Really good support and best free gift add-in for shopify and i tested almost all in the shopify store. Especiall Linh helped me quickly to adjust and customize everything.

so good, simple to use and if your unsure a quick messages to customer service and they will instantly help. Very efficient
I do really like this free app. It's easy to understand and I like that I can customize to my brand colors and aesthetic. I will update this review later with 5 stars if the few things I am seeing wrong with it get better.
1: After you make a free gift or other cart/item rule it is difficult to figure out where to go to edit or view the one/s you made. Make this easier to see. Maybe add a message on the main app page that says to look at the tiny list at the bottom left, lol.
2: On the cart (spend x) tiers there should be an option that only qualifies the order if it has a certain product or product from a certain collection in it. I sell silicone molds but also sell many other things. my $25+ and $35+ gifts are only for customers with at least one silicone mold in their cart.
3: The free gift isn't showing in cart. I've played around with the options and nothing seems to make it show up in their cart.
4: Is there a way to make the confetti limit to only happening once? I can imagine it's probably very distracting to go back and look at more products and the confetti is bursting every time they're on an included product page.

1. We've categorized the rules by feature, and each page will only display the rules you've created for that specific feature. So, if you want to view the rule you just created, click on the navigation bar on the left corresponding to the feature you want to see. Then, in descending order, you'll find the newest rule to the oldest, based on when you created them.
But your suggestion about displaying it on the homepage is also a great one. We'll discuss it further and implementing a new update to the app based on your suggestion.
2. This is also a feature in our development plan, but due to several other features requiring updates, we need some time to start developing this feature. We will do our best to bring it for you to use as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
3. This might be an error while our app is running on your store. I will send you a detailed email to investigate and fix this issue for you.
4. If you don't want the confetti to be displayed, we've added an option in the app that allows you to turn off this animation. You can find this option under Free Gift > Edit Rule > Display Settings. And if you have any additional questions or would like a more specific display feature, please feel free to contact us. We'd be happy to assist you.
