Excellent support! The team is very responsive, helpful, and quick to understand and address queries. The app works well, and I’d love to see a feature that displays each product only once in the free-gift popup, with the customer able to select their preferred size/variant. Would make the app even better!

The app has quite a lot of settings and configuration options to work through, which means it can be tailored according to needs. The range of offer types, styling controls, translations and placement options makes it possible to create promotions that fit the store properly rather than feeling like a generic widget.
