Its a very good customer service, and the app is great for selling more on shopify. Furthermore they can change the placement on request.

The app's live assistant, Adam, was super helpful with requests. He responded to each question extremely fast. The app itself has also been a good solution to some of Shopify's limitations.

A MUST-HAVE for stores who want to offer GWPs. It is very easy to set up and does its job well. There were some things to be fixed and the support team resolved them for me. Every time I contact the support team, they go the extra mile to make customizations.
