I just downloaded this app because I've seen it on other sites. It lets the customers know that other people are shopping as well. It's not necessarily good for reviews, but at least people will know that the site is worth trying (especially for a first time customer).

We just started using this but are very excited about the clean lines of the pop-up design. It looks modern and sophisticated. And, hopefully we can see in a short time the effects of this app!
