The Sales Rep app has been a great addition to our wholesale site. We are managing multiple reps and this tool gives a great amount of features that they find very useful such as the ability to enter orders for customers and the cart sharing. Having a limited dashboard with functionality was crucial for us with using independent sales reps, as we do not want to share all order and customer information. This app fits the bill. Vik and Rose have been great working working through some of the early hiccups we had and helped with our installation. They answered our tons of questions very quickly. They also were very open to user feedback to improve the application. We would not know what to do without this app. Great application and dev team!

This was the only app we could find that would solve the problems we were facing. Vik and his support team have been extremely helpful and have worked closely with us to adjust the app to our needs.

This app is still brand new on our shop - We haven`t had the time to fully test it out as yet. But so far and just from the first look (talk of love at first sight) we are sure it meets or exceeds our dream for a commission based system. This is incredible - the layout is clean and user-friendly too. Above all, Vik was helpful in fixing a minor bug and set up everything for us. I wanted to use this app for tracking sales commissions, but when I started to implement it was very clear that this application was not ready for primetime. Many bugs, some of them simple like buttons appearing more than once or menu options that were supposed to be hidden showing. Very bad mobile support.

It is like someone did this as a quick project and not something that you would want to represent your professional business to sale reps.

Don't look any further if you have any needs in terms of sales reps management, commission reports and pay-outs, wholesale pricing and a hole lot of other issues that can't be handled out of the box by Shopify. The app by itself is great, but Vik and his team are true pros to help develop and implement any special features you may need to address specific needs. Use the app and the services provided by Chief Software Solutions knowing you will get A1 support from beginning to end.

We need a solution for our salesman. To be able to give our team the tools they need to make the sale and to help grow our business is incredibly important. Sales Team has gone above and beyond to make sure that we the app operates in every way our business needs. From support to personalized touches, we recommend this app if you have a product and want to take your sales to the next level.

Great support team and app. I had the Sales Team support help me customize their already amazing app to add needed functionality for my particular usage. I'd highly recommend this product/service to anyone in need of tracking sales and commissions. Support is A+++

Still in the first week of trying out the app. You might have to do additional things to your store to get it to work that aren't in the instructions. Like turning your store accounts/members function to "ON". They are in the process of preparing more videos and were really helpful with getting the app to work. I can see how this will be an amazing app if I get people to use it. Also I wish you could add some more text to the Sales Rep Sign Up Page so I could explain the features of the program.
