Amazon, eBay, Etsy — Salestio

At Kraftmeal, Salestio has become one of the best tools in our daily operations for managing Amazon and Shopify.

The app may not yet cover every possible feature, but it is continuously improving and becoming more powerful over time. We especially hope that Kaufland and Shop Apotheke will be added in the future, so we can manage all of our key sales channels from one central platform.

Before Salestio, we used Magnalister. It was significantly more expensive and, for our needs, less comprehensive in terms of functionality. One of our biggest challenges was handling old barcodes that had been incorrectly created in Amazon many years ago. We needed to import these products into Shopify and replace the outdated or incorrect barcodes with the correct current ones.

This was essential for our warehouse processes, as our logistics system needs accurate barcode data to identify and pick the correct products for each order. With Salestio, this workflow is now working extremely well.

During the migration from our old shop to our new store, kraftmeal.com, the Salestio team supported us quickly, professionally, and with great technical knowledge. Their assistance made the transition much smoother and helped us avoid unnecessary complications.

We have been using this app to draw Ebay and Amazon orders into Shopify for almost a month now and we are very pleased with it. We tried two other apps before this and neither were suitable. The customer service has been great, really attentive and responding very quickly. Would recommend.

Just doesn't work correctly.
Known issues with main features, they removed Live Chat for AI(which i wouldn't mind if it was smart enough to resolve basic issues), Error Codes make no sense, profiles will reject being saved until something has been corrected but the error will also say its the mapping that is the error.
Unlinks Etsy account every so often so orders don't come through and need reactivating.

I just wanted a simple market connecting app that takes a small percentage of my order as I don't make enough from etsy to warrant a subscription. But this isn't worth the hassle.

Soweit sehr zufrieden - ich habe nun nach einigen Wochen endlich die Einrichtung abgeschlossen und wurde durchgehend (auch noch während meiner Testphase) immer vom Support unterstützt sobald es zu Problemen kam.

Somit ein sehr guter Support, Preis/Leistung passt auch! Anbindung zu eBay und Amazon funktioniert ebenfalls gut.

Had a few teething issues listing stock from shopify to Ebay and Etsy but all issues resolved within a few minutes, overall im happy with the app and will use it to integrate all my sales channels with Shopify
