This App and the support they give is worthless. Their 5 star reviews are probably from employees. After 4 days I deleted the App. Absolutely useless and it shouldn't be on Shopify at all.

Customer support is very helpful and responsive. Unfortunately the app is just very complicated to setup. Very nice interface, but every time we turn around something else isn't working and though we get a helpful response from support, the solution is always some random thing we must do which is unintuitive.
No time for headaches so I decided to try something else. That said, I have to reiterate that their support is top notch. If you have your products organized the way their app needs and have some time to fiddle, it's a really well-designed app with great support.

In order to use our application, it is necessary that your Shopify products have unique SKU codes. These codes are used by Salestio for synchronization and order importing.
Additionally, our app uses the Trading API, which allows merchants to update their listings directly through eBay's user interface and provides extra configuration options not available through the Inventory API used by the Shopify eBay app. Unfortunately, items created through the Inventory API cannot be modified or updated through the Trading API, which may have caused the errors you experienced.
If you would like to give our app another try, we would be happy to recreate your eBay listings for you. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions or concerns.
A few hiccups to start but the developers are very keen to please and addressed issues extremely quickly. I am currently only using this for Etsy orders which I am aware is in beta, but willing to be along for the ride based on my interactions with Alex.

The app looked so promising. I sell one off items, used on both eBay and Etsy along with my own shopify store. I keep out of stock inventory active for search because I have related products shoppers cross over into in the same categories.
Like many eBay sellers, I am scrambling to find an app worth a lick for listing my shopify inventory on eBay. So, I tried out this app. The app installed the entire shopify inventory, out of stock and archived (items with stock that I am not selling at the moment). Of course, out stock counts toward your available sku's. Importing Archived should be a non-negotiable.... but..ok...I can work with that....
I go to my first profile I created for small 1st class mail products so I can add individual products and the app still does not show inventory available - so I have no idea what is actually available for sale when looking at 3000 plus one off sku's..... I can only think this app was developed around the needs of drop shippers selling 3rd party products.
Fortunately, it didn't cost me a tone of time, but I would recommend you include this little factoid in your app description, because unless you have a handful of sku's to manage or are making product yourself, if you carry any inventory of significance on the shelf, you're gonna have no clue at some point when it is all showing "available" to list.
Support was really prompt in their response to my inquiry about importing and qty issue which I appreciated.
"Salestio does not differentiate if the product is out of stock when sending products to eBay. If you select the whole Selling List and it includes out-of-stock products, Salestio will send them as well.
By default, eBay does not accept products with 0 quantity and might return the Error in listing the out-of-stock products.
However, if you have Out of stock control enabled on eBay, the products will still be listed but they will be hidden from the search results. This way, buyers cannot purchase them."
So I am not sure I want to spend a bunch of time configuring profiles for "0" qty one off items. The sorry part is, they import inventory, they synch inventory, so displaying it in the dropdown for adding items should be a pretty easy code change so that users actually know what they are working with.
This product might be right for some folks, but it is not right for the typical eBay seller.

would not let me link my amazon account, just gave an error. i'm not able to fully test this app if it wont even let me link to amazon.

Having tried many Shopify/eBay connector apps, this is the one that meets my needs the best. Yes, they all have quirks as they all have different product design philosophies but I suspect I'll be using this app for a long time. (The app has Amazon capabilities but I'm using it only for eBay at this time)
Their support is fast and covers most US time zones.
Once you install the app, there is NO FREE PLAN listed. There 2 additional paid plans listed. Right off the bat, there is a congruency issue!

Top APP to integrate with Amazon, eBay and Etsy.
I found out that support is exceptionaly good, its easy to book a call 1 to 1 and find out all you need to know for a successful start of your journey.
Special Thanks to Nadia, she deserves a raise because she is really really good with people and an expert explaining how the software works.

I have been using this App for a few months now. It works well... Until it doesn't. Starting about 2 weeks ago I have been unable to update my eBay listing, remove listings, or add new listings.
Salest.io got back to be after a couple of days stating they don't see an issue on their side and that they are seeing an error coming from Shopify. And that after testing other users I seem to be the only user affected.
I reached out to Shopify to troubleshoot, Shopify reached out to Salest.io for assistance. No real updates other than we are working on it.
This may in fact be a Shopify issue, but it only affects the Salestio App so at least functionally it is an issue with Salestio and I don't see any effort on their part to get this resolved.

Unfortunately, as it also involves an external team, it takes some time.
Current status there, we provide to Shopify team with all technical details and a step-by-step guide to reproduce an issue. We are waiting for the technical team of Shopify to take a look closer at the issue and if possible to provide a fix on their side.
As we previously explained to you, the issue we are facing is connected to the Shopify API we are using for fetching product lists from your shop. For some reason instead of returning data, Shopify there responded with a "500" error.
We hope that this issue will be resolved soon.

Unfortunately, have to uninstall it. I have contacted support (Germany) so many times, waiting a day for an answer and they come back with some small question about the issue that they could figure out if they just looked. eBay listings are a trainwreck with unmodified before pictures that you don't want to be shown if the listing gets a picture at all.... or 6 of the same picture. Inventory is hit or misses whether it gets adjusted. It just doesn't have the capabilities they claim it has.

The platform is easy to set up, however I had a few difficulties trying to set it up correctly. I'm been speaking to the amazing team to help me set it up, they have been soooo helpful, by sending me videos and even taking over the platform and linking up some products. After communicating with them, i'm finding it easy to set up the rest of the products. The quick to reply, efficient & really make sure they do there best to fix the problem! Thank you team!

Salestio helped me to connect Shopify and eBay. I was new to eBay, so they helped me a lot.
I really liked the feature to add custom rules for price synchronization.
Also, I use the app to fulfill all orders , including eBay orders, from Shopify.
I would definitely recommend this app to any small bussiness owner looking to diversify their sales and reach more customers

Great customer service and support, well done guys. The app itself has free plan as well, many apps with the same functionality don't have free plan or pay as you go plan.
I tired to link this with EBay, with no success, it got as far as setting up a profile, all I got was a spinner that was still going after 24hrs.
Emailed support. No reply in 24 hrs.

Salestio did in minutes what I've been trying to do for days! It uploaded my Shopify inventory to Amazon in minutes.
Salestio app makes the job perfectly and works as we expected. The ability to assign ASINs to our products on Seller Central is veryyy useful. The app might be a bit difficult for initial set up but Salestio Customer Service is extremely helpful and solved our requests very fast. We just added their eBay part to try selling on eBay. Looks good so far. Definitely recommend it!
This product does exactly what it says on the tin. As we can not integrate with Amazon with Shopify as we don't sell in USD we first tried Codisto, but this was extremely complicated. We then came across Salestio which is new on the app store and thought we would give it a try. The integration is seamless with instant updates when orders come in through Amazon to our online store, adding and removing products by collection or individually is a breeze, I can't recommend this app highly enough. Keep up the good work guys, this is one customer who wont be going anywhere!
