Scanpacker gives your warehouse one shared queue to pick, pack, and ship Shopify orders from, with every item verified by barcode before it goes in the box. Wrong item or wrong quantity? Packers get stopped on the spot, not after the parcel ships. Notes travel with each order, problem orders can be flagged with photos for a manager to resolve, and every scan is logged so you always know who packed what. Great app that allows assigning bins to each product, making it easy to quickly locate items in the warehouse by bin number. It also enables barcode search and displays stock levels directly in the main search results list – an extremely practical feature for daily warehouse operations.
Another huge advantage is the customer support – they respond instantly. We requested an additional feature, and it was implemented the very next day. This shows a truly professional approach to customers.
