Scanrabbit | Order Packing

This app has been a life changer, and its only been a few days! We needed a few functions tweaked for us and Deon jumped right in to help us get those through and updated so it functioned as we needed it to. They have gone above and beyond and have been in constant communication with us during the updates as well. I haven't seen customer service like this from a company in a loooong time! They deserve all the praise for making this foolproof in sending out orders with no mistakes!:)

The app allows us to easily scan product barcodes using just our phone’s camera, and it instantly verifies the items against the Shopify order.

On a daily basis I pack orders for a small online retail business and use ScanRabbit to remove the human risk of picking the incorrect item or the incorrect quantity. ScanRabbit has saved me a few times already - pfeew! It shows green when the items picked are correct and complete, orange when not yet complete and red if you make an error. Super.
