Avada Accessibility Widget ADA

This app has been extremely helpful in getting our site up to ADA compliance. The customer service has been excellent. I was able to chat with Zim, and he helped me with numerous items on my site. Zim, was able to walk me through precisely fixing my issues, he also was able to be a collaborator on my site to fix a problem I could not resolve. Thank Avada and thank you Zim for your great support.

This app is so helpful for understanding how to make your website accessible and protect yourself legally. Its' extensive accessibility widget settings seamlessly integrate into my website, and I love that it has so many options for button and window styles, colors, display options, etc. It also works great with different languages.

What is the best is their help desk team - I'm in the final stages of site development, and thought my site was good to go with just the standard full set of accessibility settings enabled for my store - they are a great start, but when I finally did a full site accessibility scan with the help of one of the personnel on chat, Ethan, it opened my eyes to how much more deep the requirements for accessibility compliance are.

Best part is, is that after your page/site scan it will show you exactly what was flagged, your legal risk factor, and guidance on HOW to fix the issue. If you can't figure out how to fix it with that, then refer to their great team for help - they are very knowledgeable!

The SEA Accessibility Widget is a valuable tool for any company to enhance web accessibility. It reflects our commitment to inclusivity and aligns with ADA standards. Customer service support was helpful when I had to navigate a few things. I recommend this app to create a more accessible online environment.

If you are a shopify store owner worried if you can be sued because you are not ADA compliant, read this:
1: Why I chose this app from over 1200 apps that came up when I typed in ADA WCAG in the Shopify APP finder.
It had at the time the most 5 star reviews.
2: Did it work out? Yes. It was scary at first that the first scan I did said that my site was failing big time and that I was at a huge risk if sued. BUT... it laid out all the url's that had errors, and fixed a lot of them itself.
3: I thought it could fix everything, but this app doesn't do that. So I had to set about fixing them myself.
4: Fortunately, I just had to cut and paste SEA's errors into Shopify's AI and the AI showed me how to fix them.
5: 12 hours work over two days and I am now 100% ADA compliant per the latest scan.
6: The various techs that helped me over the two days were all terrific.

I finally went to cross off "accessibility" on my website and went to this app. At first I was confused, and then I missed an important step (all my fault) . I went to chat and was greeted by olivia. She showed outstanding knowledge and true support as she guided me through what to do. I get frustrated at the drop of the hat, and she so easily fixed me up and showed me where I fell off the path. The app is super easy to use, and has very useful- but not overwhelming or super technical reports / verbiage. I'll certainly keep this company in mind when I am ready to scale. I downloaded this app on the 2nd of July 2026. It was a rush job to get it on the site, using the support, Ethan was great help. With his help i was able to get this on the site with ease.

The team is very prompt to respond and provide support when needed, even if your knowledge of coding is limited. I can say they went the extra mile to help me get it setup.
