easily the best free survey app, although i wish you could change the timing yourself for easier changes
This app made it easy to add a post purchase survey and had super fast and good customer service
The customer service is excellent. Brian was so patient with me, as I'm not extremely fluent with navigating around the world of tech.

nice app and very easy to understand it i put 4 stars cause when u create questions it is not possible to change the position of them so this takes extra time for no reason becauses u have to move all the questions one by one up or down if u didnt decided the right order since the beggining. Oh also Mia is great with fast responce.
