Incredible customer service!

A great app. We've been working with it for a very long time and are very happy with the app and the constant developments the team keeps adding. The customer service is great and we couldn't be happier with this product.

The app does everything we need. Customer service is also top-notch! Very quick to respond and help install the app on your theme.

Very easy to integrate into Shopify - easy to manage subscriptions for our small business. Customer support has been helpful and timely with the small number of challenges that have come up with the app.

I like that this app gives the option of not auto-charging the customer, but sending an invoice instead. This avoids the customer wanting to make changes after the charge has processed. The customer service is 5-star. The app developer (Henry) is very responsive to questions. He listens to the users' issues and does his best to address them. Features are added to the app all the time. For example, the app needed a necessary feature...the ability to automatically recalculate the renewal dates after a customer has paused and then restarted his subscription. I contacted Henry about it and after a while he was able to add that feature. He is always helpful!

Fits my needs perfectly! Customer service is quick and was able to resolve the one customization I needed!

Schedule your future orders, invoices and subscriptions! I use these Seal Subscriptions on 3 of my websites in different languages. Very easy to use the translations feature. You can literally type in the exact translation you want to appear in which field. If/when you have any questions, you can email, and they respond VERY quickly. For example, I wanted to them to add a bit more spacing on one menu... done! They changed the code within an hour. I have been using for over a year now, every few months they update and make it EVEN BETTER. I love this app!

We are very happy with the results we've gotten with Seal Subscriptions! As Shopify makes changes, occasionally we've had a need to reach out (not often at all!). But Henry from the customer support is amazing. He explains and fixes any problems quick! We've had them for a little over a year and are very happy! Thank you for all you do!

I've been using Seal Subscriptions for over a year for my shop and it's been great. It's super easy to set up. Anytime I've had questions, the support team has been right there to help out. Definitely worth it if you're doing repeat orders.
