The best app for customer reviews - period. Other review apps are expensive and limiting. Trustoo is INCREDIBLE with a VERY HELPFUL support team, 24/7. Trustoo is definitely my favorite go-to Shopify app for customer reviews. I have no complaints and am blown away by how good the app and how fast and friendly the app support team is. 5/5 Stars - period.

Este plugin es muy util si quieres hacer dropshipping. Te permite importar reseñas de aliesxpress facilmente, además te permite editar el diseño más que otros plugins de reseñas. Quiero agradecer a Faith y Jense por su ayuda, han sido muy amables y rapidas a la hora de ayudarme

Aunque llevo poco tiempo con la app, en principio me parece muy util y facil de configurar.
El servicio de atencion al cliente, en mi caso me atendio Pia fue excelente.

I needed new reviews app fast, because I was launching a new product. Unfortunately, Trustoo failed at the beginning. I tried to import reviews from Amzn, but when I filtered and deleted 1, 2, 3-star reviews, it deleted all of them, also 4 and 5-star. I tried to import it again and at some point app stopped importing reviews at all. A big waste of time when I was in a hurry... Messaged support and they told me there were some technical issues. When there are tech issues from the start and with such simple tasks, you can't rely on such an app in the long term, especially relying on it with your marketing when you have a bigger income. It's just money pouring out of your bucket.
