Friendly, professional, and speedy. Which is more than I can say of some assists I've experienced. I haven't tried the app yet so I'm not sure as to how well it will work for me. But I'll give it 4 starts based on my experience with your support lady.

I'd like to change my previous review. The support team was able to fix my issue. I had to come online at midnight to get a live person but it was worth it and they were really good about it. The app needed some custom HTML that I don't know but that they were willing to implement for me
