The app is really good, but with 1 main very important limitation. The filters that are shown on the storefront are limited to 25. This is huge limitation, considering if you have different sorts of products and categories. I urge the developers to remove that limitation asap

app does not actually filter sizes, i have tried everything and it still does not work. sadly i have to go back to paying for an app which can filter properly

Not suitable for large shops. 200 filter values are possible, but only 100 are displayed. I don't understand why. Conclusion: a shop with more than 100 brands, for example, will not be able to use the filter effectively.

Addendum: Maybe the product is called A8000, a search for 8000 will not find this product. Such a search is completely useless.

Rubbish! It looks to me that this filter must be applied site-wide. Why oh why has Shopify ended the funcionality of just adding specific tags that are automatically grouped. Now we can't customise filters within a collection. It was far easier the other way around. How are we supposed to give good user expereince if we can't offer basic filtering inside each collection!!!!!

Lot's of errors in the search. Not organized if you have a lot of products. Messy looking. You have to scroll & scroll to view the searches. Does not work with keywords.

Not able to auto-collapse filters. Not able to set different filter sets for different collections. Not able to use sliders for number values other than price.

Update: The only support received by now has been the reply here, yet is a very generic answer, which doesn't resolve the issue.

To their reply: I know where to find the "Out of Stock Products" setting, which is set to show only products "In Stock" by default; yet, ALL (In+Out of Stock) products show up. The issue persists, and worst, if I delete the app, it won't go away from my website. So I cannot move on to another reliable option in the market.

Original Review: I like the app, but I give it a 2 star rating as I couldn't get any support to ask some relatively basic questions about different features that are not working (like the setting for "Out Of Stock Products" which I want to show "Not At All", yet, they show on the site.)

The "Out of Stock Products" setting is under the "Search relevance" section of the app settings. It controls how out of stock products and variants are handled in search results. This setting does not affect how out of stock products and variants are handled on Collection pages.
