This is a pathetic excuse for an app that is supposed to provide basic functionality. It's so limited that it's close to useless.
so far this does not work - trying to do a simple filter for a template for birthstone by month based on tags - it pulls in all these random tags and the app does not show ability to save if you update the filter? glitchy. will update this review if resolved.
Because you do not want to filter by all the tags in your store, we recommend setting up a custom filter with metafields. You can read more about this in the Help center here: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/online-store/search-and-discovery/filters#custom-filters
This will allow you to make specific filters for birthstones and control what values are shown to online shoppers.

The install messed up my 'select options' on every page. My ring sizes, gemstone type and metal type selection has been replaced by 'Default Title' dropdown menu. Cannot seem to recover these even after uninstalling the app. Very disappointed and panicked right now due to my website coming to a halt.
The app does not modify theme files or change product variant options, so it would not have been able to change your product option selectors. The only product information it edits are recommended products which you can manually set. With that said, we're sorry to hear about this issue. "Default title" is what Shopify titles variants when there are no product options, so it sounds like some other application or workflow removed your product options/variants. This also could have also been the result of a product CSV upload overwriting your exisiting products. Depending on your product catalog size, uploading a revised CSV may be a solution https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/products/import-export/using-csv.
KI wird nur im Shopify Plus Tarif angeboten. So eine Frechheit und Diskriminierung anderer Shopify Kunden. Tierisches Gesetz, nach dem Motto, wer mehr zahlt, der bekommt das Brot, alle anderen sollen verhungern. Das merkt man bei anderen Apps von Shopify, COLABS als Beispiel. Wenn sich das nicht ändert, ist Shopify bald Geschichte.
Gleichberechtigung, auf Augenhöhe mit allen Menschen sein, das ist das menschliche Prinzip, alle Kunden sollten gleiche Rechte haben und gleich behandelt werden und wenn sich Neuerungen bei Shopify gibt, sollten diese für alle Kunden gleichermaßen zur Verfügung stehen.

mala experiencia. tengo dos idiomas en mi web, y al configurar los filtros solo me aparecen en un solo idioma. solicite ayuda y no me lo resolvieron ya que es una limitación de la app.
Bad experience. I have two languages on my website, and when configuring the filters they only appear in one language. I asked for help and they did not solve it for me since it is a limitation of the application.
Thank you for the review. Filters can be shown in multiple languages, with the exception of product type, tags, and vendor because those product fields are currently not translateable. If you need to use any of those for your online store, a possible workaround is to use product metafields instead. I never installed this app. Please explain to me why this app is installed in our store and who installed it. How can this even be possible? Zero stars for this activity!

Storefront filter settings have moved to the Shopify Search & Discovery app. If you have previously customized your filter settings, we have pre-installed the Shopify Search & Discovery app for you, so you can continue to make edits. There have been no changes to your previous setting, and your store’s performance will not be impacted by the installation of the app.
You can safely uninstall the app at any point and your filters will keep working as is. If you wish to make changes to the filter settings in the future, you have to reinstall the app.
