When adding products under 'Edit product recommendations' section I would like filter options. At present search results include archived and draft products without any indication of status. It's only once they're added that a you're warned eg. "Archived products won't appear as a recommendation". This makes it very slow to find relivant products.

Nice start for the app, Only feature really missing is the ability to do product recommendations based on variants.
The app is very simple and explanatory! Shows you exactly what you need to know & what you need to do.
This app certainly does what it says on the box. I am a simple person and like my solutions simple. I am more than happy to change my requirements to suit the technical implementation. Rather not bend and break things. It also makes it all easy to manage and it's a Shopify app. The filtering here works perfectly and I am sure Shopify are going to continue development on this. Not sure why this is rated so low.
This has the making of a good app but there are still bugs (on Dawn 2.0 and there is no Complementary Product Block to use that feature) and capabilities (e.g., grouping colors into rainbow) that would be extremely useful
Hi, thank you for your feedback. You have to upgrade to newest Dawn version 7.0 for the Complementary Product Block to be available.

Having to create a whole metafield list because you cant remove simple tags from the filter list is CRAZY. Way to make my job way harder than it needs to be.
Installed the apps with high hopes seeing how intuitive and integrated within the shopify ecosystem. Enabled filter in my collection to find out the filter do not work at all, using dawn theme which is a 2.0 theme, could not figure out why it wasn't working.
Sorry to hear your store is experiencing an issue with product filtering. The app does work with Online Store 2.0 themes built to display filters. If your theme’s codebase has been modified, or an installed third-party app has modified it, then the changes might be preventing product filtering to work as expected. To see if it is theme code changes causing the issue: install a recent copy of the Dawn theme, or any other free theme, from the Theme Store and preview it as an unpublished theme. If filtering works, then we recommend contacting whoever made the codebase changes to the store. If the issue persists, we recommend contact Shopify’s Support agents to help you troubleshoot.
