Love this app for customising recommending products, the filter section needs a lot more customisation for me to be able to consider using it but being able to customise recommended AND matching products has been great for my customers & helping them find what they need visually. The one big downside is the automated recommendations, they make hardly any sense & I can't turn them all off - I have to do it one by one then replace all of them manually, it's taking me 4-6 minutes to do each product & I am dreading having to go through it again when I release a new collection. Great especially for an app I don't need to pay extra money money for, but time consuming

Our team is actively working new features for filters, so we hope those will meet your needs in the near future :) For automated recommendations: You can use the Admin's bulk editor to change the "Related products settings" metafield for your products. Overall is good experience but new products are automatically added then more good results are expected.
We are a startup and need more attention
If you will do so your clients list can go on high scale because startups numbers are more than who already established in this field

mala experiencia. tengo dos idiomas en mi web, y al configurar los filtros solo me aparecen en un solo idioma. solicite ayuda y no me lo resolvieron ya que es una limitación de la app.
Bad experience. I have two languages on my website, and when configuring the filters they only appear in one language. I asked for help and they did not solve it for me since it is a limitation of the application.

Thank you for the review. Filters can be shown in multiple languages, with the exception of product type, tags, and vendor because those product fields are currently not translateable. If you need to use any of those for your online store, a possible workaround is to use product metafields instead. A good app with some highly valuable functionality.
I do have a few recommendations that I would make that I think would make the app perfect.

1. to be able to filter your search using metafields.
2. To be able to accurately search using product sku’s, even for variable products.
3. To utilise some level of AI to make allowance for minor mis-spellings.

Otherwise, great job as usual, Shopify!

It's a really good app. Allowing for synonyms is a huge plus and we even get insights into what customers are searching for in our store. Not really sure what they would need to improve on honestly. Overall, 10 out of 10 :)

I never installed this app. Please explain to me why this app is installed in our store and who installed it. How can this even be possible? Zero stars for this activity!

Hi, thank you for your feedback. Storefront filter settings have moved to the Shopify Search & Discovery app. If you have previously customized your filter settings, we have pre-installed the Shopify Search & Discovery app for you, so you can continue to make edits. There have been no changes to your previous setting, and your store’s performance will not be impacted by the installation of the app.

You can safely uninstall the app at any point and your filters will keep working as is. If you wish to make changes to the filter settings in the future, you have to reinstall the app.
