Excellent App! It is everything we wanted in a search bar :)
The app is really cool BUT the support is SLOWEST EVER. I have been waiting more than a 24h for a response to my request about problems with installing the widget and what do you think. I received an email that everything works, although the widget did not work correctly on the site. I wrote a few more letters and still haven't received any more response.

The interface is just terrible and needs a lot of custom CSS work done to make it look OK. The way they have setup the customization means we end up with a lot of CSS code loading on each page. The style sheet structure is not done professionally. There is almost half a page of code loaded for each product in the search result. Just loaded the Searchanise app and it indexed our over 25,000 parts in less than 10 minutes. The documents are great relative to fine tuning the widget to display the information that you want to display. This looks like it will be a fantastic addition to our new website and make search much easier and much more sophisticated.
