Great customer service. I had difficulty in setting up the smart navigation but they solved my issue professionally and quickly.

(I'm back again several months later to update) Still very pleased with this app. Customer service and tech very good and professional. We had a problem with the search function not loading fast enough and while I was sleeping, they fixed the whole thing so now it works flawlessly.

I spent 3 days trying all apps like this one, this one is the best one, fastest, most flexible and best features.

When you have a Shopify store with 7000+ products, things tend to get harder to search for with the standard search bar that comes with your theme. Smart Search & Filter has made it easy to find what you’re looking for and it is easy to adapt it to look like a part of your site. Now our customers can search for a part of a sku, or a name of a part and the search bar will find the full part number, or recommend similar parts. This app is a great addition to our store and I highly recommend it to everyone!

These guys are amazing. The app is feature packed to the brim, a bunch of things I didn't even expect when installing but then was pleasantly surprised to find! Everything works nicely, they have a bunch of integrations. Great product well worth the money!

I really love the power of this app for search. It is very fast and can be seamlessly customized to the look and feel of your store. There are many functions that I like: instant search, search suggestions, upsell/cross sell, merchandising suggestions etc and you can use your search data to direct zero result searches to products/pages you think the customer was intending. I received very good service, although had to wait a few days for a reply, but the help was excellent and accurate. Most importantly, it makes it easy for customers to find what they want.
Update Mar2023: It’s now been 2 years using this app and I continue to appreciate the solid support. In the last year I have updated my theme and most recently installed filters on collections which required some coding additions which was actually very straight forward and quick, with the help of Stacy. This app would be the most important app we have.
Update Sep2023: The level of support and response times has improved a lot. I've been able to get considerable CSS support on tweaks I needed and good explanations of what was being done. The support in the Asian time zone is now very good.
