Amazing! This app is fantastic. Easy to set-up and navigate. It has made our site so much more user friendly and searchable. Products are found at least x10 faster now than with our standard searching.
Upsell and Cross-sell work great and we have generated lots of additional sales with these already in our trial.
The upsell and cross-sell is better then some of the other stand alone apps we have trialed.
Well worth getting if you want to improve your website and the support is great with fast replies.

I've added this app to help customers navigate through a large inventory easily, and it seems to be worth the investment. I love how it intelligently and seamlessly interprets incorrect spelling to take customers straight to where they intended to search and shop.
Definitely recommend for a site with big inventory.

I researched reviews on many Search-apps. A couple of them I installed then uninstalled. But when I found Smart Search & Instant Search I was thrilled. The program is very easy to get up and running with quickly. I did not need technical support. Its back-end is organized intuitively. The product works beautifully. It has heightened my search capability to a whole new level. I can see in my site statistics, this is already driving an increase in business. I highly recommend this product. UPDATE on 12/12/202 - I recently worked with their support team for a migration from my 1.0 theme, to a new 2.0 Shopify theme. They were wonderful to work with and helped me with some customizations. I continue to highly recommend this app!
