Works really well, is highly customisable, and very easy to use.
I tried dozens of search and filter apps since another developer let me down, and this was definitely the best and doesn't have eye-watering prices, either. Very happy to recommend this app. Whenever I have contacted the helpdesk, they have been really helpful (and quick!).
I needed help from Searchanise when a Shopify expert incorrectly installed this app on our website. Searchanise help us quickly and the problem was solved. Great service, great app!!

So easy to install I haven't needed support at all, and I'm really impressed with how much customization and information there is right off the bat. I was using InstantSearch+ and it was too expensive for us as a small business, and it had a much less user-friendly dashboard. This is a better app and half the price - I'm so glad I switched.
I needed some modifications because of the template I'm using, customer service is great! I couldn't be more happy with the results.

Awesome app. This is the search feature you must have for your website. It comes with search suggestion, filters, recommendation, merchandise and much more for a fraction of the cost of others. Customer service is also top notch too. I have used many search app and this is the best we decide to choose and keep for our site.
