Searchanise Search & Filter

Support is extremely helpful - I had a question about how to make an important change, and they provided the correct solution in about an hour!!

I installed this app maybe 2 hours ago on the free trial. I'm over impressed. All I can think is "where have you been all my life". Yes, its that amazing. Not only does it make it so much easier for my customers to find the products they are searching for but it also helps me to find errors in my tagging. Like "bikini" and "Bikini" when searching as a customer it shows these simple errors that you wouldn't find in your admin tagging. Simple, I know, but a big deal when it comes to the customer point of view. Also in the integration section it introduced me to apps that I hadn't run across yet, and are great tools or extensions to have. Like I said, I'm impressed, big time. A must have for any store. A keeper for me. So much so I decided to leave a review, my first app review ever. That's how impressed I am. I almost didn't want to share, wanted to keep all the good stuff to my own store, lol. You'll love it.

Exceptional to say the least. The app functions great, has great features, but to top it off the support is exceptional. Ilya and Vladimir helped us with various customizations that really made everyone happy. So glad we made this switch from our previous search app.

The features, configurations and the support of Searchanise has been awesome. It's affordable for the Pro version and the customer support are second to none. Highly recommend it.

I have been using this app for a while. A load of configurable features but very unreliable indexing. All of a sudden collections stop showing products that hundreds of products. No way someone can run a store with this App. Complete waste of time and money. And not a very good customer service either, If I am facing major issues one more time, I will cancel, raise it with Shopify and do whatever needed to get my money back. Please stay away from this App.

Exactly what I needed! Especially convenient when most of my customers come from Instagram. Saw increase in sales by 10% after the first week!

Great app and very easy to use. I have just installed it, and I am happy because there was no need to add any kind of code to my theme.

The app was installed by developers to enable filters and manage collections and it does do this well, we've only experienced one outage since installing a year ago. We're not using this app to the full extent of its capabilities and would probably benefit from a walkthrough session with the Searchanise team. Would totally recommend the Searchanise team as they are super helpful and friendly, jumping in to quickly resolve an issue that turned out to be unrelated to the app.
