Searchanise Search & Filter

this application continues to surprise me,not only it solved the products search problem but also the most important part they continue to add more features to the application, recently the recommendation block function, it is amazing , thank you "Smart Search & Instant Search" team.

I was gonna give it 5 stars but because of the lack of some simple features like:
- make in search results the zero prices products to appear last after products with prices
- make products with higher discounts to show first in search results

Tested some other search apps, nothing compares with this one, look no further, you need this app!

Among the apps that support searching in Japanese, I think that it is a fairly high-performance app and the price range is reasonable.
The customer support staff responded promptly and politely even though they were busy.

We've been using the app for under a month's time now, but we are beyond impressed with the easiness to install, the customer service from the Searchanise team, and all of the features that come with the Pro plan we signed up for.

A really disappointing experience from start to finish. During a routine speed audit, our web agency discovered that Searchanise was causing our Shopify store to run much slower than it should, so we uninstalled the app and contacted the developer to request a refund of our annual subscription. Several days later, there’s been no reply whatsoever from Searchanise. Poor performance and poor customer service - the worst of all worlds!

Very happy with this app so far. Does exactly what we need it to do. Shame that Shopify's own Search Tool isn't nearly as effective, but at least there are great apps like this to fill the gap.
