Absolutely superb. The app is a brilliant addition to our store. It is very clever in the way it searches, we use it when customers call us to walk them through how to find a product and they have also commented on how good it is. Would highly recommend.

This App is great, we had a couple of issues we needed resolve and the aftercare was unbelievable. The customer care was the reason I went with the paid version. I have used lots of different apps but the support on this one is the best I’ve had.

Initially tested the app and now run it on all our shopify stores. It is the user experience of much more expensive solutions, it is ridiculously simple to install, and support is fast and helpful when required.

We have been using this app for about 6 months now and we are very satisfied with the paid version of this app. There are quite a few features included, including some surprises that have worked well for us. They seem to be improving as time goes on, releasing new features that are helpful.

There were a couple of things that did not quite work right for us aesthetically out of the box, such as the quickview option or the look and feel of the recommendations widgets. However, after contacting support they quickly edited the css to help achieve what we wanted and we are very satisfied customers of this app.

They also have some useful integrations with other apps as well.

We used this app on our B2B site to help segment products to different markets/customers. We also utilise the colour families, product fields and metafields to display considerable other search options provided by product manufacturers, such as weights, capacities, fabrics, outputs, strengths and so on - all critical for a B2B store. We needed some custom work completed to facilitate the displaying of products in specific ,markets based on tags, as some products and/or some customers were in multiple markets/segments which was not achievable using the normal UserGroup Rules. Yuriy facilitated this work and it was done quickly and worked first go. Extremely happy with the app, the price and especially its support.

Awesome app! Site engagement has really increased since installing the app as customers are no longer getting empty search results from products that we actually carry based on spelling errors. It also provides excellent suggestions for similar products when they search something we don't carry. Analytics also gives great insight into what your customers are looking for. Definitely worth the money.

Amazing! This app is fantastic. Easy to set-up and navigate. It has made our site so much more user friendly and searchable. Products are found at least x10 faster now than with our standard searching.
Upsell and Cross-sell work great and we have generated lots of additional sales with these already in our trial.
The upsell and cross-sell is better then some of the other stand alone apps we have trialed.
Well worth getting if you want to improve your website and the support is great with fast replies.
