Doesn't work and its black friday so we are losing sales. Do not use this app for your business, unreliable and no way to contact anyone.

This app has many bugs
The Customer service never lets you know whenever they have big issues
the customer service is also very bad and answers once every 3 or 4 days
please DO NOT install this app have many other apps on the market better than them

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the current state of support for the mobile site search issue. Furthermore, the separate issue regarding the add-to-cart function from site search has yet to be addressed.

The app distorts all product images on mobile. Their team won't help me. We pay hundreds of dollars a month for what?

It's very sad to hear you faced this mobile image issue! As we informed you via email, it was caused by the theme code and our developers fixed it for you. Please let us know if you still need our assistance.
As for the fact that we didn't help, we are very sorry for not fixing it faster! At the moment, we're experiencing a high load of tickets due to an increased number of installations. Plus, as far as we analyzed, many of our new clients replaced our competitors' search apps with our app and it also contributed to an increase in installations. We definitely understand that we have a problem with response speed. That's why we're hiring more staff at the moment. So, the problem with slow responses should be fixed by the end of the month.

Unreliable app, showing wrong products in categories and support has been no help to resolve issue

We are truly sorry to see you're dissatisfied with our app and our support team! We indeed experienced an issue with our Filters on collections feature that prevented us from taking into account the category conditions. That's why the products shown in some collections were incorrect.
The good news is that the issue is fixed. To apply it to your store as well, some manual changes need to be done in your Shopify store. We understand that it can be time-consuming, that's why we suggested to do that ourselves. In our latest email to you, we described the permission we need for that. As we see, we didn't get a reply from you. If you're ready to give us another shot, please reply to our email - we will gladly help you as fast as we can. Thank you!

The tool may be really powerful but when you are trying to set up your store and get it as quickly as possible and not having to go through a a full web developers course and getting 2 masters in order to do a task it will be much better.
If you know how to code and develop this may be a tool for you if not do not even try I read so much and not success at all.

thought this was a pretty decent app, until i realized that the search is leaving out half my products. when i search frying pan, and it doesnt show fry pan, that is rough
