Ilya P. was very helpful, nice and quick with my requests. However, I wish the app itself was more user friendly with CSS modifications. Just to change the button color of the search results required CSS code from the support team instead of having a better UX. In general a good app.

I find this app to work well and provide the functionality I need for my site. Great support when I've needed something implemented.
Really useful app! After trying out a lot of them, I was finally recommended to Searchanise. I use gem pages and it was an easy integration. Support and customer service is also top-notch.

Very unreliable and buggy. No support whatsoever. Uninstalling immediately. Cost us tens of thousands because of it being down
We're extremely sorry to see our recent downtime was so damaging!
Unfortunately, we did face technical difficulties that impacted a small portion of our infrastructure. These issues arose due to problems within the datacenter of our hosting provider, leading to partial or complete unavailability of our search services for our clients during the incident: 5% experienced slowdown of the search, 3% experienced short (less than 30 min) app unavailability and 1% experienced prolonged unavailability of our services.
As for communication with support, we have checked your ticket and see that you have received an initial answer in 1 minute. We understand that you also needed us when you replied in the thread and we're sorry we didn't get back to you quicker! We will find a way to do better. Thank you for your feedback.
We are actively enhancing our infrastructure to minimize potential downtime in the event of unforeseen issues. As we see, you re-installed our app and we're grateful for that! We will do all we can to find a working solution for such cases so you are not left with stress ever again.

We've had serious issues with this app.. Not thrilled with the customer service, either. There are a lot of other search apps, so you should keep on searching, too...

We confirm we did not change our pricing. As far as I can see, your subscription was suspended because of the payment failure. We sent several email notifications before your Searchanise subscription was suspended.
We are really willing to figure out why your emails were left without reply. Our duty is to provide assistance promptly to all the customers with any requests. I've sent an email to you where I ask for additional details so that we could sort the issue out.
