I've been using the product for years. Recently they "upgraded" their plans and unless you change to a new plan they'll delete your account. I hate when companies force you into upgrades that you don't need. I mean it's only $77 a year increase but it's a dirty practice that all the app developers seem to be doing now. I'll stay with it for now but might look for other options.

At the same time, your point is certainly understandable. We wish we could arrange the changing of pricing model in a different way. However, we faced a situation when we had to choose a path that let us fully improve our product.

I would like to leave this feedback in which I hope I can help other companies to decide on their choices. I have been their customer since 2018. And I am proud to describe and be able to help other companies. - Search Engine the best I have seen so far, we have tested about 3-4 platforms and none has been able to meet with Searchanise. - System, it is fluid, fast and accurate in research. Our company has almost 400k products into the shop and Smart Search secures the stride. - Excellent technical support, due to COVID-19 are taking a while, but nothing that in 2-3 days does not solve. They are super attentive and dedicated. I hope I've helped a bit. Nick P.
For a store like us, which hosts >10K SKUs, an instant search tool is vital for customers to find what they want.
This tool by Searchanise absolutely does the right thing.
It also integrates with many other apps that we are using e.g. stamped.io, langify, etc.
One thing I don't like is that Shopify Plus users are forced to choose their pricier Plus schemes, but those schemes come with Plus exclusive features. I would rather make this an optional opt-in.
Fantastic - replaced a very expensive app with this one that works better right away. It looks great, has a lot of functionality specifically for shopify and it re-indexes every 10 minutes. Thank you very much!
