The best product search app on Shopify. I've tried them all and Searchanise leads the way. Super fast searching, typo fixing, smart suggestions and easy configuration to your store's specific needs. Super responsive! Wanted to customize my products to show "sold" when out of stock and not have inventory quantities on everything else and Alex wrote a code and added it--creating just what I needed. Thank you, Alex!!!

We’ve been using Searchanise for a while and are very satisfied. As a marketplace, we have quite a few advanced requirements beyond the Shopify standard features. Searchanise provides these mostly out of the box. And when we want more specific features, the Searchanise support team is highly responsive and always willing to think along with us. Whenever technically possible, they implement our specific requests.
They’ve for example helped us with speeding up product indexation, add fallback alt texts, set merchandising rules for sponsored products and optimize the order of filter values. An excellent app with an excellent team behind it.

1/5 because I uninstalled the app before my billing cycle and they didn't want to give a refund

We are very sorry to see that you faced this confusing situation with your subscription! As we discussed via email, the charge happened after the installation due to the Shopify billing cycle. So, this charge covers the time when our app was still active in your store. Since this charge system is coming from the Shopify end, we cannot control it.
Nevertheless, we're eager to help you. Therefore, we contacted you via email regarding your refund request.
