Very poor support - I am a paying customer and literally just ignoring my emails.

We are truly sorry we disappointed you with our slow response time! It's caused by the fact that we're experiencing a high load of tickets due to an increased number of installations. Plus, as far as we analyzed, many of our new clients replaced our competitors' search apps with our app and it also contributed to an increase in installations.
We definitely understand that we have a problem with response speed. That's why we're hiring more staff at the moment. So, the problem with slow responses should be fixed by the end of the month.
In the meantime, we are ready to compensate one month of our subscription if we haven't responded for more than 3 days. For more details, please email us at feedback@searchanise.io

I contacted Searchanise support team because I needed help making adjustments to Searchanise app product page.
Searchanise support team member, Alex B. responded providing me with the answers and solutions to my request.
I also requested CSS help for product title, filter and button. Searchanise support team member, Madina R. responded very promptly providing me with the information I requested.

We have been using Searchanise on our website for a few months now. It has worked great and help is always available to you. We needed some assistance with settings and they were very quick to help. Love having the ability to customize my filters. Support staff is very patient and helpful. Wish there were more indepth / video tutorials on how to use the features.

We have been trying out this app for about a week or so and we are loving it! It is really easy to setup and it looks really stunning on our site. We wanted to change some parts of the layout in the search results, and Stacy from their support team was extremely friendly and helpful, and has went out of her way to show us how to achieve exactly what we were after. Could not be more happy with their support and the app is amazing. Highly recommended!
