Searchanise Search & Filter has to be one of the greatest Apps that we are using. Not only does it help our customers find what they are looking for and help us boost our sales the support team is amazing. Damon & Alex worked non stop on figuring out how we could enhance our customers experience on our online store. consistently checking in and troubleshooting with me. 1/5 because I uninstalled the app before my billing cycle and they didn't want to give a refund

We are very sorry to see that you faced this confusing situation with your subscription! As we discussed via email, the charge happened after the installation due to the Shopify billing cycle. So, this charge covers the time when our app was still active in your store. Since this charge system is coming from the Shopify end, we cannot control it.
Nevertheless, we're eager to help you. Therefore, we contacted you via email regarding your refund request. Great app and outstanding support.

This addon is versatile and easily customizable - our store contains tens of thousands of SKUs and would not be very user friendly without this level of filtering. Customer support is very responsive when and if any issues arise.

A little bit difficult to set up but a good option to use. Did not like that it charges the full year upfront. You should have been able to go monthly to see if it was still for you.

Super responsive! Wanted to customize my products to show "sold" when out of stock and not have inventory quantities on everything else and Alex wrote a code and added it--creating just what I needed. Thank you, Alex!!!

Love searchanise and the entire team over there! They are amazing, their product is fantastic, I am still learning SO much about how to maximize their app in my store, but they are there every step of the way to support me however and whenever I need it, and this makes them a RARE and STAND-OUT company!!
