The support is excellent, can't believe how quickly they replied to my query. The reply was spot-on. Also, the product as a whole works very well. We've been using it for several years and have had no problems. I'm also really impressed that I can turn on/off features for specific themes only. This allows me to really test out a new theme without any clashing widgets. Love this product:)

This is the best search app for Shopify. The out of the box features allow for extremely flexible setups, and the extra modifications you can request make it even better. Their support is fantastic.
The ability to set up different custom filters for specific collections allows for a very well curated experience.
They are constantly developing useful new features.

I switched to Searchandise from a more expensive app that I used to use when I was on Bigcommerce and I could not be happier. Searchandise does everything the expensive app did, but at a much lower price. I have yet to explore all the app has to offer and I'm looking forward to seeing what else I can do with it. Support is also excellent; I recently sent in a ticket and had an answer within minutes.
Most importantly it has had a clear effect on my conversion rate, better search - more conversions.
