ST: Product & Collection Sort

This is such a great app for sorting our store collections, it comes with already built sorting strategies but it is also super easy to build you own strategies and implement them. The customer onboarding & support is also really helpful. I would highly recommend!

Took only a few mins to set up and it’s already running! Tried for a while to write random sort or shuffle code but just couldn’t get it to work. With some of my collections being several pages to scroll through, the default Shopify alphabetical sort meant I had no control over what order is displayed. With the app I’ve activated my larger collections, pinned a couple products at the top and set the sort after those to be based on highest sales.

We have been using this tool to intelligently promote in-season items at the top and demote low-converting SKUs at the end. Sorting products based on sales in a particular time frame helps us to focus on the right set of styles. The multi-bucket architecture does help us in mixing some high inventory or discount-based products in between the collections. Aman from the onboarding team helped us with the setup/demo. A no-brainer solution for fashion retailers.

We can maintain merchandising on the site easily with the ST: Product & Collection Sort app. There are a lot of options for sorting rules, which keep the right products at the top of the collections. The option to push out of stock products down in collections is very helpful.
