I've purchased several of their sections and had a request to change something in one of the sections so I sent off a help request and was able to get my issue resolved thanks to an attentive staff member. As a small business owner, I appreciate having a fair one-off payment rather than getting myself into a subscription based model which I don't know if I will be using in 3 months or not.

Very good business model, makes life much easier and cheaper for those of us that run small business to edit and add features to our websites. Had a very minor issue, on shopify's side not theirs, they got back to me within hours and fixed the issue. Extremely helpful and would recommend to anyone that needs to add function to their website.
