This is so easy to use and has already saved me so much in dev work as I can implement myself. The help team are great too and very responsive.
The app itself is good, lots of sections to choose from and they charge one time fee instead of monthly. But the customer service is horrible. I emailed about two bugs and the responses were extremely slow, and they didn't even bother to read my emails . After two weeks of emailing them about the bugs, they are still not fixed. So I'm giving up and switching to the other app.

We have answered all your emails and had a 2 day break during Christmas holidays.
The section is working but was hidden through theme editor. That is why you could not see it.
Jack has really helped me in a matter of two days, considering the timezone difference between US and UK. Solved a problem I was having with my Shopify site and gave some great advice, much more than Shopify official customer services had given me. Will definitely be using Section Store more in future. I was looking for a specific way to show my collections and the Section Store offered what I was looking for. Very simple to use. I wanted to make a small adaptation to the padding that I was unable to do on my own. I reached out to get some help and instantly got a solution to my wishes. Great idea for an app!
I wish I came across this app earlier, rather than paying developers for some customisations which could have been achieved effortlessly with this app.
The customer support was also very helpful in assisting in adding one of the sections to our theme.
