I recently had a somewhat nuanced request about making the entire banner image section clickable so that a customer clicking anywhere on the image would be directed to the corresponding collection. The support team was incredibly responsive and dedicated to finding the solution. They requested store access to take a closer look, quickly made the necessary adjustments to link each slide to a specific page or URL, and the solution worked perfectly.
