We replied to your first message the next day (July 4th), but it looks like that email never reached your inbox, and making sure it lands is on us.
The moment you flagged it again, our team got store access, installed the countdown timer in your product template, fixed the mobile spacing (theme styling we normally don't cover, but happy to help), and you confirmed everything was working that same night.

super, ca facilite beaucoup cependant ce que je trouve dommage et lorsque qu'on achète une section, on pense avoir le choix de 1 ou 2 designs seulement il y en a qu'un seul par default c'est juste ca mais sinon je vous le conseil

Section Store est clairement une excellente solution afin d'améliorer les thèmes Shopify gratuits et combler le gap avec des boutiques au rendu beaucoup plus premium, sans avoir besoin de développement complexe.
Les sections sont bien pensées, faciles à utiliser et apportent une vraie flexibilité dans la création des pages.
Gros point positif également pour le support : rapide, réactif et efficace dès qu'on en a besoin.
Le seul bémol reste le prix de chaque section. À 9$, cela peut sembler un peu élevé, surtout lorsque les besoins évoluent en cours de création du shop et qu'il est difficile d'anticiper toutes les sections nécessaires. Une fourchette autour de 5 à 7$ par section semblerait plus juste.
J'enlève donc une étoile à cause du prix et de l'absence de remboursement, ce qui oblige à bien réfléchir avant chaque achat.
Cela dit, même en cumulant plusieurs sections, cela reste au final moins cher qu'un thème payant, surtout avec l'avantage du lifetime.
Je recommande malgré tout.
Great. Sections are not 100% customizable but are satisfactory for the most part. Happy with the performance - no noticeable bugs nor additional load time. Customer Support is top notch - Shoutout to my boy Alfred.
I've been using this app for years, and I have experienced some problems with some of the sections and their functionality. However! The customer service has never let me hanging and has been able to find solutions to all the problems I had. I just faced more than I would've hoped. I would still recommend this app highly, but I'd expect a couple bumps along the way. Nothing that hopefully their customer service can't fix! They are very kind. Thanks for all the help!
Super godt, men der er nogle sektioner, som ikke kan testes. Derudover så fejler nogle, hvor man ender i en 404, når du vil teste sektionerne.
I had a bad customer service with this app but they managed to jump on my issue and help me with a fix quickly. I give it a 4 star just cause of the initial hiccup, but the fact that they managed to fix my issue fast is very impressive and it shows they care.
