This is the most underrate analytics tool out there on Shopify. Segments provides amazing insights on cohort analysis - we're able to parse data tailored to our questions and needs.
This allows us to take cohort data and easily put actions behind it (campaigns, new audience targeting, CRO with other tools) with it.
John, the founder, is also extremely helpful in walking through the platform with you. We recommend Tresl has a top 5 tool for store growth.
Tresl has been a great partner to us! Prior to working with them, we struggled with where to analyze behavioral patterns and common purchase behaviors. Now, any time we have a question about customer behavior, our team pops straight into Tresl and typically is able to pull an answer very quickly. The team at Tresl is also incredibly supportive. Any time we've needed help setting up a customer list, they've been very prompt and always willing to jump in to support us.
Amazing support from John and Tony. As well as CLV and other great info, the thing we get the most value from is syncing the segments to Klaviyo, and then syncing those from Klaviyo to Facebook custom audiences. We then run retargeting on them. Very effective and worth the subscription price alone.

After looking and trying many different customer analytics/customer loyalty apps for both insights and syncing to Klaviyo, this one is the best we've found. The analytics , UX, and design of how data is presented is very intuitive and questions we had our customers were answered in one of the many different tabs. The ability to sync to our marketing stack incl FB and Klaviyo is very helpful. Don't think we'll need a data team for a while as this will take us far.

Very usefull app, helps you digging deeper in your data. Very easy to use, it enables you to build very relevant segments, and then send it to Klaviyo or SMA audiences... Also the support and their datascientist are always available to help. I recommend !

A powerful tool that every store needs. It essentially organizes our customer data into digestible chunks of actionable information. The lifecycle and product journey features are particularly useful, as well as being able to build and integrate custom segments on the fly. The Klaviyo and Facebook integrations are game-changers for us. This tool is essential to truly understanding your customer’s behaviours.
Our first segmented email campaign yielded the following results: click through rate: 1.0% --> 2.7%, open rate: 20% --> 30%, and double the revenue! I definitely recommend you consider speaking directly to your segmented audiences. Each customer has diverse needs and purchase patterns.
