Really like the app! Super user-friendly. The support is the best though, timely replies and helpful real people to solve your problem! Matt helped me today and my issue was fixed in minutes.

Although I'm still on a trial for Seguno Email, I do plan to continue using it for the foreseeable future, as I grow my ecommerce store. Support has been excellent (shoutouts to Josh especially - he's a customer service beast) and the features of the app are pretty straight forward and very robust. I love the Canva integration - makes things really simple! One feature I particular love is the personalized discount code generator. Hooks up very simply to Shopify discounts and I think it's a very small and personal gesture that customers appreciate. Thanks for everything, Seguno Email team!

Seguno integrates effortlessly with our B2B Shopify store. It’s user-friendly, provides a wide range of template options, and very easy to link products from the online store. I would highly recommend you try it!

Je suis extrêmement déçue par le service client de Seguno.
Cela fait maintenant 4 jours (week-end inclus) que j’attends une solution concrète pour pouvoir simplement démarrer avec l’application, qui m’affiche des messages d’erreur bloquants.

À ce jour, j’ai reçu une seule réponse, puis plus rien pendant plusieurs heures, sans suivi ni résolution. Quand on choisit un outil censé accompagner des professionnels, ce manque de réactivité est clairement problématique.

Impossible de commencer à utiliser le service dans ces conditions.
Je ne recommande absolument pas Seguno pour son service client.
